Overview In-Store Shopper (Online Orders) - Part Time Seasonal Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $25.40/hr. This range is provided by Whole Foods Market. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Work on the Store Support team supporting Prime Now customer orders, preparing them for delivery and/or pickup. Shop throughout the store for everyday goods including food and household items to fulfill online orders efficiently. Fulfills online orders accurately, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Availability & Scheduling Team Members receive their schedule up to 3 weeks in advance. Average shifts are 4-8 hours long. Flexible schedule including Saturdays, Sundays, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read and speak basic English. Comfort using handheld technology (mobile device) to fulfill orders. Detail oriented with focus on product and order accuracy. Eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day; may sit 1-4 hours. Hand use: gripping, fine manipulation; push/pull; bending and reaching. Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and to temperatures ranging from well below freezing to hot environments. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; use of ladders as needed. Benefits & Additional Information The wage range is $19.00-$25.40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
