#### What You'll Do
As an Inside Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in streamlining operations for our Outside Sales Representatives. Your work will ensure smooth project management by handling submittals, supporting order and invoicing processes, and assisting with job close-outs. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team to keep everything running efficiently from start to finish.

#### Key Responsibilities

✅ Order & Submittal Management
- Create and manage combined submittals.
- Initiate orders for engineering and coordinate with Outside Sales Reps on RFIs and revisions.

✅ Invoicing & Allocation
- Process and enter customer invoices daily.
- Work with Sales Reps to allocate orders as needed.

✅ Sales & Engineering Support
- Respond to engineering inquiries regarding submitted orders.
- Communicate with Sales Reps to resolve any outstanding questions.

✅ Document Organization
- Prepare coversheets for returned submittals and organize documents in job folders.
- Ensure completed submittals are sent to Sales Reps for customer delivery.

✅ Job Close-Out
- Review ongoing jobs monthly and finalize completed projects in the system.

#### What We're Looking For

✔️ Education & Experience
- College degree preferred.
- Experience in sales support is a plus.

✔️ Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand MEP systems/equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Method, Oracle, etc.) is beneficial.

✔️ Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
