Position Summary:
Teach undergraduate courses on social, historical, philosophical, and sociological aspects of sport and exercise. Primary need is for Social Issues and Problems in Sport and Exercise. Other possible classes include Ethical Issues in Kinesiology, Youth in Sport, Globalization and Sport, Masculinity in Sport, History of Intercollegiate Sports in the United States, and History and Philosophy of Physical Education and Sport.

Design and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments to ensure alignment with program goals.
Work with department colleagues to contribute to program development and participate in departmental meetings and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
PhD in Kinesiology, Sport Studies, Cultural Studies, American Studies, or a closely related field.
