Job Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney

Location: Fully remote - Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies, including CGL, D&O, E&O, and property policies.
• Provide coverage opinions and recommendations to insurer and policyholder clients.
• Manage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions and bad faith claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; handle depositions and court appearances.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in insurance coverage and/or insurance defense litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$180,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
