Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary in the $140,000 – $170,000 range, depending on experience. Annual bonuses plus 10% origination bonus on all originated cases (whether or not you work them). No set minimum billable requirement but the average is 140-160 hours/month. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Texas bar license in good standing. ~5 years of experience in general insurance defense litigation (coverage, subrogation, bad faith preferred). Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills. Team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
