What Youll Do

• Build and enforce a KPI-driven accountability system.
• Own scheduling, dispatch, reporting, and customer journey.
• Launch and run Summit Performance Pay and career paths.
• Standardize SOPs and team training through Summit Academy.
• Ensure reports, quotes, and communication meet The Summit Way standards.

First 90 Days

Compensation

Compensation: Base + performance pay tied to company growth and KPIs. Clear path to COO-level opportunity as we scale.
