We are looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our growing team and help manage multiple client environments.

Position Overview

As an IT Systems Administrator , you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure for multiple clients. You will manage Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, networking, and security solutions , ensuring uptime, security, and performance. You will work closely with a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Administration: Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022) , Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services: Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD).
• Networking: Configure and troubleshoot firewalls (SonicWall, Watchguard, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.), VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks (Unifi, Meraki, Aruba) .
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices , including MFA, EDR, SIEM, and patch management.
• Virtualization & Storage: Manage VMware/Hyper-V environments and oversee backups using Veeam, Datto, or Acronis .
• Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM): Use tools for proactive IT support.
• Client Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Documentation & PSA Tools: Maintain accurate documentation using IT Glue and track work in PSA software.
• Project Work: Assist with IT projects such as server migrations, cloud deployments, and security implementations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field (MSP experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy .
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, EntraID, and Intune .
• Familiarity with firewalls, switches, VPNs, and networking protocols .
• Knowledge of backup solutions, virtualization, and IT security principles .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.

Preferred Certifications (Not Required, but a Plus)

• Microsoft: MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)
• Networking: CompTIA Network+, CCNA
• Security: CompTIA Security+, CISSP (for senior-level roles)
• Virtualization: VMware VCP, Hyper-V certifications
