Janitorial Technician Full-Time

Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products tools and procedures.
• Duties include sweeping mopping polishing trash removal restroom cleaning vacuuming moving furniture and equipment etc.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use of proper PPE where required.
• Open and lock facilities enable and disable security systems as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Preferred Job Skills:

• 1-2 years experience as a custodian janitor or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company office complex hotel hospital or school is a plus.
• The ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is a must.
• A strong work ethic positive outlook and willingness to learn is a plus.
• Ability to support the team by being in uniform reliable dependable and on time.
• Demonstrates respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
Constant (up to 100%) standing walking pushing balancing stooping kneeling crouching twisting reaching overhead reaching forward. Must be able to lift and/or carry 25lbs.

• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
