Journeyman Electrician

Job Opening

Position: Journeyman Electrician

Location: Romulus, MI

Job Responsibilities

Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on various systems in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Adhere to all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout all work activities.
Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure seamless project completion.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in the electrical field.
Provide recommendations for improvements in electrical systems and operations.
Conduct inspections and tests on electrical components and systems to ensure optimal functioning.

Essential Qualifications

Valid Journeyman Electrician License.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience

Previous experience as a journeyman electrician in a commercial or industrial setting.
Proven track record of performing electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
Experience with commercial electrical projects is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Type: Hourly

Hourly Rate: $36.29
