Position: Journeyman Electrician

Location: Romulus, MI

Job Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on various systems in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout all work activities.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure seamless project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in the electrical field.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in electrical systems and operations.
• Conduct inspections and tests on electrical components and systems to ensure optimal functioning.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience

• Previous experience as a journeyman electrician in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Proven track record of performing electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience with commercial electrical projects is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Type: Hourly

Hourly Rate: $36.29
