Our client is seeking a clinically experienced professional working in Juvenile Care as a Direct Support Professional in the Chesterfield, VA area.

CLIENT'S HOURLY RATE
*Client offers up to $13/hr depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide supportive services for children receiving Transitional Living Services in a variety of locations (residential shelters and community services)
* Document all activities specific to shift or service activity
* Fill in as assigned for any Aide level position in transitional living services
* Ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environment in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations, and generally accepted practices.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of six (6) months working with children in a clinical setting
* A minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Experience working with individuals with behavioral issues
* Valid CPR & First Aid Certification, TB results
* Ability to successfully pass required local and state federal background checks as determined by client
