The Laser Marker 1 is responsible for laser marking quality parts in a timely manner that will help drive OTD and burn down past due back log.

This position reports to Chris Way and is part of the Liquids Value Stream located in New Port Richey and will be an on-site role. The schedule will be first shift Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm with overtime on weekends as required to meet delivery needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Set-up and operate Foba or Rofin Laser Markers.
• Cross-train on additional laser marking tasks within Liquids Value Stream and Machine shop marking.
• Perform routine maintenance as required (i.e. change bulbs, change filter, etc.).

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma or local equivalent (i.e., GED).
• Minimum one year of experience setting-up and operating a Laser marker.
• Ability to read standard blueprints and have knowledge of basic tooling and fixturing.
• Working knowledge of shop math.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Graduate of a technical school
• Good computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel).

Other requirements:

• This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.
