Job Description

Lease/Real Estate Support needs 1-2 years' experience or internship
Lease/Real Estate Support requires:
-Customer Service background needed
-Data entry/review and administrative tasks
-Hybrid in Woburn, MA office ( tues- thurs, home M/F)
-Office environment experience
-Telecommunications industry
-Project management experience, with a focus on data integrity and process improvement, preferred.
-Experience interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts preferred.
-Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
Lease/Real Estate Support duties:
-Will need to communicate with customer to tell them what is incorrect with drawings
-Provides leasing and real estate services support with various tasks, including purchase order requests, installation document review, and contract data entry.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 20.00 Per Hour
