Job title: Legal Billing Specialist
Location: Hybrid, Downtown Cleveland
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Legal Billing Specialist will report directly to the Billing Manager
What we are looking for in a Legal Billing Specialist:
Prepare, edit, and finalize client invoices in accordance with firm and client guidelines
Work directly with attorneys, legal assistants, and clients to resolve billing issues and ensure timely billing
Maintain and update billing records, including client and matter setups, rate adjustments, and special billing arrangements
Preferred Qualifications for the Legal Billing Specialist:
High School Diploma required; post-secondary coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred
2-3 years of billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment required
