Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Lube Tech / Minor Auto Repair Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for cars, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the automotive field.
Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
Inspect and rotate tires; check tire pressure
Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs (belts, brakes, batteries, lights, etc.)
Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Requirements:
Some automotive experience preferred (school or hands-on)
Basic mechanical knowledge and tool use
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
