Manager Data & Analytics - Remote

We are currently seeking an exceptional Manager, Data & Analytics here at Incora.

The Manager, Data & Analytics is responsible for overseeing the development and use of data systems within the business through identifying and developing efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data, and effectively translate raw data into valuable business insights, while also paying attention to security and confidentiality.

About You:  

• Developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
• Selecting, configuring and implementing analytics solutions
• Reviews and updates of the Data & Analytics strategy.
• Communicates to the business value of good data management, governance, and analytics across all teams.
• Defines, updates, and communicates data management, data governance, data policies, data procedures and ways of working.
• Defines, updates, maintains and communicates the Data Definitions, Data Catalogue & business data dictionary.
• Supports the adoption of new ways of working to embed good data practices at the “data entry” stage through to reporting.
• Leads and manages the effective implementation, adoption and operation of data management principles, practices, and governance.
• Facilitates the relevant governance forums.
• Manages the demand, planning, and delivery of the Data & analytics products pipeline in conjunction with relevant business stakeholders
• Works directly with colleagues to understand and define data and analytics requirements and embeds new ways of working to improve data management capabilities.
• Educates and raises awareness of the value of data, use of data & reporting technologies and data management procedures.
• Influences and supports project delivery through involvement in project/sprint planning and QA.
• Performance reporting of projects and financials in relation to the Data scope.
• Other duties as assigned.

More About You:  

• 3-5 years of data analytics experience
• Strong background of enterprise BI and Data Warehousing concepts and methods
• Understanding of the latest software engineering tools and concepts related to data & analytics
• Strong knowledge of and working experience with MS modern data platform & MS Power Platform Technologies
• Practical experience of SAFE methodology Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
