Job Description

Luminary Group is partnered with a leading Real World Evidence company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to the healthcare industry. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team.

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Real World Evidence solutions and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and data science, to ensure effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of Luminary Group and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Luminary Group's Real World Evidence solutions and drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and content marketing.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation.

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiate Luminary Group's offerings.

  • Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

  • Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing to drive innovation and creativity.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare marketing and understanding of Real World Evidence concepts and solutions.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and leverage data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
