Job Description

The Materials Associate is Responsible for developing a production schedule and implementing it daily. They will work with production planning staff to help keep schedules on track. Schedules order to increase production efficiency. Also responsible to assist and conduct for load leveling the production schedule. Will work closely with Sales and Operations team to help develop schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in related field- Preferred: Steel Industry
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/steel environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, notably Excel
• Ability to organize and multitask; self-motivated to stay on top of several deadlines simultaneously
• Proven customer service/phone/email skill
