Job Description

Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within Dynamics 365.
Design, configure, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), F&O, or Business Central.
Lead workshops, gather requirements, and document solution architecture and system design.
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Collaborate with developers to create custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and reports.
Support data migration efforts and integration with external systems.
Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support post-implementation.
Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP modules).
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, security, and data model.
Experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Knowledge of integration technologies (Azure Logic Apps, REST/SOAP APIs, SSIS, etc.).
Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
Experience in industries such as finance, manufacturing, or healthcare.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
