Akkodis is seeking a Network Records Specialist for a Contract with a client in Canonsburg, PA(Hybrid). Candidates must have strong attention to detail and proven experience in database inputting to ensure data integrity for downstream systems.

Rate Range: $20/hour to $27/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Network Records Specialist job responsibilities include:

• Interpret design plans and construction drawings to update cable routes, slack, and splice locations in the system of record.

• Ensure accurate and timely updates to network records following client standards and best practices.

• Manage database modifications by interacting with end users and assessing downstream impacts of changes.

• Handle help desk tickets and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity.

• Coordinate with external Dig-Safe agencies to verify information and update state systems as required.

• Maintain high attention to detail and work efficiently to support design and restoration activities.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in the telecommunications field with database inputting.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Visio, and GIS mapping applications (e.g., MapInfo, OSPI, QGIS).

• Strong attention to detail with proven organizational skills and ability to interpret design plans and construction drawings.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
