Responsibilities:

• • Diagnosing and treating patients via telehealth visits, including triage, video visit appointments, and follow-ups as appropriate
  • Utilize Epic for all documentation and charting
  • Work within a queue-based system, typically seeing 3–4 patients per hour
  • Work autonomously and collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles and monthly team meetings
  • Deliver care in alignment with CHRISTUS Health protocols and standards
  • Open 365 days a year, rotating schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA license in the state of New Mexico (required)
• Must reside in New Mexico (required)
• Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• Nurse Practitioners: FNP certification with 5+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred (family medicine considered)
• Physician Assistants: 5+ years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred (family medicine considered)
• EPIC experience preferred; training provided
• Strong communication skills; flexible, personable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
