FiveCircle Property Management is seeking a part-time Office and AR Clerk to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a growing company while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With 20-30 hours per week, including just three days on-site at our Fort Washington office, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic environment. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take on responsibilities in accounts receivable, this position is for you! Join our team and be part of a company that values both professional growth and personal time. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• All general accounts receivable tasks.
• Picking up the mail from the local post office and scanning it into our systems.
• Processing resale checks.
• Maintaining accurate records of all accounts receivable and resale transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Carrying out duties in compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines.
• Complying with all company and site policies and procedures and remaining current in profession and industry trends.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable management within the community management industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Homewise Docs and Vantaca experience.
