CRF – Celebrating 45 Years of Excellence in Behavioral Health Services in San Diego County!

Hours : 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday and Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Pay Rate : $23.00 to $25.00 per hour

Education : High school diploma required

As an Office Manager, you will :

Assist the Program Director to ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively. Perform a variety of administrative and accounting tasks including data entry, reporting and tracking information for program management as well as maintaining accounts payable and receivable.

Duties include:

• Audit timesheets, maintain provisional bank account and collect/compile information for the preparation of operating reports
• Oversee and assist with clerical and reception duties including answering telephones, screening calls, taking messages, typing, filing, client scheduling and opening mail. May direct the work of other office personnel.

Additional Qualifications and Skills

• Bilingual Spanish is required for this position
• At least one year of administrative/office manager experience
• Strong phone etiquette, ability to multi-task, and ability to manage multi-phone lines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid mathematical skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office
• Reliable transportation is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position. A valid California driver’s license in good standing and proof of insurance are required for employees driving personal vehicles on company business. 
• Able to pass criminal/background clearance.

Nueva Vista Family Services is a children/youth outpatient program which provides services to the South Bay region of San Diego County. We provide a range of services including crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy, medication support, rehabilitation, case management and drug and alcohol services while incorporating the family systems and wrap-around approach.

We provide mental health services to children and youth with Medi-Cal as well as those who are uninsured and underinsured.
