Ideal Candidate will demonstrate the ability to understand, develop, and implement complex workflows and processes for the Imaging Systems at Valley View.

This position will work on-site to guide staff and work hands on with the equipment.

Valley View is an Independent Healthcare Facility that includes a 78-bed community-based hospital and multiple clinics.

Experience in healthcare/imaging regulations and workflows is a plus.

Requirements

• Associates degree in, Radiologic Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PACS management, IT support, imaging informatics or a related field, with a focus on healthcare.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership in a healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of imaging modalities and their workflows, including PACS and RIS systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices related to imaging data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to collaborate effectively across various teams.
