Job Title: Part-Time Facilities Mailroom Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Facilities Mailroom Administrator to join our team and support our client's onsite operations in Wilmington, DE. This temporary position is part-time and will run through the end of June, focusing on the efficient day-to-day operations of the mailroom and facilities support services.

Compensation:

• $18–$20/hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 20–25 hours per week (11 AM – 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily mailroom operations, including sorting, processing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Operate and maintain mailing machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with postal regulations and maintain related documentation.
• Coordinate document shredding services with vendors and manage shred bin schedules.
• Handle supply shipments and maintain the organization of the supply room.
• Deliver mail and packages to internal departments and make occasional trips to the post office or FedEx locations.
• Adhere to all corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and report potential compliance or audit risks.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1–3 months of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (e.g., standing, walking, reaching, stooping).
