- Expertise in creating intricate pastries, desserts, and breads
- Ability to develop new recipes and menus
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Familiarity with commercial pastry equipment and tools
- Food safety certification and knowledge of HACCP principles
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
