Qualifications:

- Must be willing to travel to multiple offices
- Home base in Wausau, WI with select days at satellite offices
- Must be comfortable as the solo provider at times
- DMD or DDS
- Current state license to practice dentistry
- Proof of and ability to maintain malpractice insurance
