Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to join our team in Tampa, FL.
• The ideal candidate will be a Certified Pega Developer with deep hands-on experience in PRPC 8.x and strong skills in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Pega solutions.

R esponsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega PRPC 8.x.
• Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural and coding standards.
• Configure and develop case types, data models, flows, UI components, activities, and decision rules.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP services and handle integrations with external systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Pega applications for performance and scalability.
• Contribute to Agile ceremoniessprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectivesto drive successful project delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional Pega development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Pega PRPC 8.x.
• Hands-on experience with integration services (REST, SOAP, Connectors).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Pega Developer Certification is mandatory.
