Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts with expertise in COTS development platforms, particularly Pega, and a strong technical background in modern software tools and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise solutions, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with technical and business requirements. An IRS MBIClearance is required Key Responsibilities: Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Pega development platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions using IBM ELM Tool Suite and other enterprise technologies. Ensure seamless integration and performance optimization of applications in AWS cloud environments. Design and implement scalable APIs and maintain systems for reporting and data analysis. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the development lifecycle. Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards using tools like JAWS, ZoomText, and Dragon. Provide maintenance, performance support, and enhancements to existing applications and platforms. Desired Skills: Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming Concepts and Design Patterns. Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot/microservices, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with tools like SOAP UI, GitLab, Informatica, DB2, and PostgreSQL. Knowledge of API development, data structuring for reporting, and AWS tools like DMS, SCT, and CLI. Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Just In Mind and middleware technologies like MQ Series. Proficiency in IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next Generation, EWM, ETM, Rational Functional Test, and more. Rational Security AppScan, CentraSite, ZoomText (508), JAWS (508), Dragon (508), SiteMinder (or successor), UI Path, MQ Series, JSON, JBoss, Tomcat, SOAP/Rest Web Services, SOAP UI, Objected Oriented Programming Concepts and Patterns, XML, Spring Boot/microservices, Linux, TOAD, Insight Manager, Storage Essentials/Systems, PostgreSQL, Informatica, DB2, AWS DMS (Data Migration Service), AWS SCT (Scheme Conversion Tool), AWS CLI (Command Line Interface), Just In Mind, Informatica S3 Connector, GitLab and other systems.
