You’ll lead our Meta Ads strategy (Facebook & Instagram)—building full-funnel campaigns, tracking every click and conversion, and optimizing everything from creative hooks to landing pages.
You won’t just be “the ads person.” You’ll drive ROI and partner directly with the founder to improve conversions across every touchpoint—landing pages, lead forms, email flows, retargeting sequences, and more.
This is a full-time, in-house role—not freelance or agency. No juggling 8 clients. No disconnected teams. Just one brand, one mission, and the resources to scale fast.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Paid Ads Strategy:**
* Fully own our Meta Ads strategy from planning to scaling
* Build + optimize cold, warm, and retargeting funnels
* Launch and scale YouTube ads once Meta is profitable
* Segment audiences, test creatives, offers, funnels
**Conversion Rate Optimization**
* Identify funnel drop-offs + recommend improvements
* Run landing page split tests via GoHighLevel
* Collaborate with webmaster for UX fixes
* Use AI tools to ideate copy, subject to approval
* Monitor CVR, CPL, ROAS — take fast action when needed
**Tracking, Reporting, and Analysis**
* Deliver weekly/monthly reports on CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS
* Spot trends, issues, and testing opportunities
* Help improve dashboards for clarity
**KPIs You’ll Own:**
* Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPL)
* Landing Page Conversion Rate (CVR)
* Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
* Click-Through Rate (CTR)
* Lead-to-Consult Booking Rate
* Funnel Drop-Off Metrics

* 2+ years managing Meta Ads at $5K+/mo
* Experience with LP optimization and A/B testing
* Proven results generating qualified leads
* Familiarity with GA4, Meta Ad Manager, and GoHighLevel
