Job Description

Creative and technically skilled AI Designer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our products and services. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conceptualize and design AI-powered features and systems for various applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop and implement AI solutions.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces and experiences for AI-driven products and services.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and trends to inform design decisions and strategies.
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate AI capabilities and potential applications.
  • Optimize AI algorithms and models for improved performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure ethical considerations are integrated into AI design and development processes.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve AI designs.
  • Document design processes, technical specifications, and best practices for AI implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI design, development, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Portfolio demonstrating AI design projects and implementations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with deep learning and networks.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools.
  • Experience in agile development environments.
  • Publications or contributions to AI research or open-source projects.

The pay range for this position is $57.69-$76.92/hr
