Job Overview:

Moove AV is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager, Depot Operations to lead the development and rollout of our operational efficiency investments and tooling. This role will be responsible for the definition, evaluation, and implementation of operational investments to make our depot operations more efficient and resilient.

Scope of Responsibilities
  • Lead Moove's companywide strategy for operational and vehicle utilization improvements across markets - including process, automation, technology, and investment decisions
  • Identify major sources of operational loss and develop strategies for improvement, including piloting and implementing changes
  • Define data sources, schemas and propose commercially feasible methods of obtaining them for needed tools and dashboards
  • Model ROI and uplift analyses to determine the impact of major changes or investments on our performance metrics and profitability
  • Create strategy for technology investments and development to improve operational efficiency, including Product Requirement Documents that outline specific features to be built
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in AV / robotics operations, AV / robotics infrastructure, and product development
  • Understanding of product management process and tradeoffs, including Product Requirement Documents (PRD), aligning stakeholder needs and approvals, and managing interface with engineering teams (internal and external) to build solutions
  • Proven ability to define and interpret complex operational requirements into coherent physical and digital product strategies
  • Deep empathy for user needs and experience while understanding tradeoffs between operations, unit economics, and scalability
  • Strategic mindset with real-world experience for developing medium-term product roadmaps that emphasize near term improvements while incrementally building to long term transformation
  • Strong understanding of physical infrastructure development and operations processes, including EV charging, data offload, and operator amenities
  • BS degree in engineering or technical field
  • Must be authorized to work AND reside in Miami, FL or Phoenix, AZ
  • Travel up to 30%
