Position Summary:
Manages production during night shift, overseeing staff, ensuring quality control, monitoring equipment, and handling daily production aspects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensures operations staff follow safety procedures.
· Provides training and technical assistance to staff.
· Reports defective/non-conforming products.
· Performs quality control checks.
· Ensures product traceability using the Data Collection System.
· Checks and replenishes raw material stock for production.
· Works with Maintenance Technician to resolve maintenance issues.
· Communicates with other shift supervisors about problems and solutions.
· Informs Production Manager of production, quality, process, or personnel issues.
· Proposes process improvements for yield and uptime.
· Performs all production tasks and substitutes for staff as needed.
· Works overtime as required.
· Minimizes accidents and quality issues.
· Maximizes staff technical knowledge and engagement.
· Maximizes equipment uptime and product traceability/quality.
· Achieves production goals and improvements set by the Production Manager.
· Develops team cooperation.
· Communicates company information to the shift.
· Collaborates with other teams for organizational improvements.
· Completes other tasks as directed by management.

Education and/or Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
·3+ years of production experience.
· Knowledge of process improvement, budgeting, and production standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
·5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing plant.
· Experience with production planning, controls, and instrumentation.
· Experience with MRP and/or ERP systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
·$75,000 - $85,000/Annually.
· Annual bonus eligibility up to 10% of salary.
