We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure, mass excavation, and the installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm) for large-scale private site development projects , primarily multi-family apartment complexes throughout the Greater Tampa area.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all phases of site development projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage construction schedules with a heavy emphasis on detailed planning, sequencing, and lookahead scheduling
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and owners to maintain project timelines and quality
• Oversee budgets, quantities, and production tracking
• Ensure utility installation and earthwork activities are executed per plan/spec
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity in the field
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in civil/site construction, including underground utilities (water, sewer, storm) and mass excavation
• Proven success managing private site development , preferably multi-family or large residential communities
• Strong scheduling skills (Primavera P6, MS Project, or comparable)
• Knowledge of Florida utility and site construction standards
• Ability to read civil plans and identify constructability/risk issues early
• Self-driven leader with strong communication and field coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-phase site packages
• Background working with developers and private owners
• Heavy production-focused mindset (tracking, forecasting, sequencing)
