ParkerBeth is partnering with a leading specialty contractor in the Bay Area to find a seasoned Project Manager to run a major scope of work on a new $3B hospital project in San Francisco. This is a long-term opportunity through 2029, managing metal framing and drywall from preconstruction through project closeout.

You’ll step in during preconstruction, guiding coordination between estimating, BIM, prefab, safety, and purchasing teams. Once onsite execution begins, you'll oversee delivery, field coordination, change orders, billing, and project wrap-up.

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have:

• 4+ years as a Project Manager managing drywall/framing in commercial or hospital builds
• Hands-on experience with OSHPD/HCAI regulations and processes
• Solid preconstruction experience: estimating, budgeting, BIM/prefab coordination
• Local presence in the San Francisco Bay Area — this is an onsite role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar tools
