Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a background in the real estate industry or real estate technology (PropTech). This role will take ownership of internal product workflows, technology stack integrations, and process optimizations that directly support real estate professionals. The Product Manager will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, solution providers, and operational teams to ensure technology, automation, and workflows are aligned with agent success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Workflow Ownership:
Define and document sales workflows, client onboarding processes, and automation needs tailored for real estate agents.
Gather stakeholder feedback to identify, prioritize, and implement workflow improvements.
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Conduct discovery sessions with sales, onboarding, customer success teams, and agent clients to capture business needs and pain points.
Develop structured business requirements, workflows, and system documentation to drive project execution.
Technology & Integration Strategy:
Manage relationships with external solution providers (such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Lofty, Maxa Designs, and others).
Identify system gaps, recommend automation or feature enhancements, and ensure integrations meet operational and client needs.
Serve as a subject matter expert on internal technology tools supporting real estate workflows and processes.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Act as the internal liaison between business teams and technology vendors to align systems strategy with overall operational goals.
Analyze system usage data and suggest optimizations to increase adoption, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or product management roles.
Prior experience working in real estate, real estate technology (PropTech), or supporting real estate professionals is required.
Hands-on experience with real estate CRM systems and platforms like Lofty; familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.
Strong background in business process automation, workflow design, and optimization.
Excellent skills in mapping user journeys, documenting requirements, and creating clear workflow diagrams.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
