Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join their client's team in California. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors while supporting the administrative team with various tasks.

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for office staff.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed.

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
