A digital content brand specializing in self-paced nonfiction publishing is hiring entry-level AI Publishing Assistants to support the creation and release of short Kindle guides. This is a remote-only position that requires no prior experience, degree, or formal writing background. All training, templates, and tools are provided, including guided use of AI writing platforms to accelerate content production.
As an assistant in our publishing workflow, you’ll follow a structured process to produce reader-friendly nonfiction content using AI-powered research and generation tools. Use the included keyword and trend research tools to identify high-demand Kindle topics
Select and validate ideas based on audience demand and publishing criteria
Create detailed outlines using structured templates provided
Use AI writing platforms such as ChatGPT to assist with content generation
Refine and organize AI-assisted drafts into logical, engaging chapters
Maintain clarity, tone, and accuracy using formatting standards provided
Prepare manuscripts to meet Kindle Direct Publishing formatting guidelines
Apply SEO-driven titles, subtitles, and book descriptions using metadata tools
Follow quality assurance checklists to ensure readiness for upload
Upload manuscripts, covers, and metadata to Amazon KDP
Implement launch procedures using the press release template and checklist
