Roofing Project Manager

Position Overview
The Roofing Project Manager will oversee and manage roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with building codes. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare project bids and estimates, leveraging knowledge of various roofing systems such as BUR, TPO, and shingles.
• Conduct site inspections and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, and track progress against these metrics.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project status.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the construction and roofing industry.
• Proven experience estimating commercial roofing projects
• Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and materials.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with estimating software and project management tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
