This hands-on career path develops your sales and marketing expertise while preparing you to move into a management role within 12 months .

• Represent nonprofit partners through direct, face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.
• Learn how to present, promote, and sell effectively while inspiring trust and engagement.
• Build meaningful customer relationships and sharpen your communication skills.
• Progress through structured training in sales, marketing strategy, leadership, and team management.
• Work closely with experienced mentors and take on real responsibility as you advance.
