Job Title: Sr. Manager of Fleet – North America

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Reports To: Divisional Leadership

Position Summary:

Midas is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Manager of Fleet to lead fleet operations and growth across all Midas locations in North America. This role will report directly to the Divisional Vice President of the East , and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fleet strategy that supports franchisee success, drives B2B revenue, and enhances customer satisfaction across the continent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Strategy & Execution:
• Design and implement a scalable fleet strategy that aligns with national goals and supports local execution across all Midas stores in North America.
• Franchisee Engagement:
• Collaborate with franchisees to build fleet capabilities, provide training, and support adoption of fleet programs that drive profitability and retention.
• Sales & Account Management:
• Lead efforts to acquire and manage national and regional fleet accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery and strong customer relationships.
• Performance Optimization:
• Monitor fleet KPIs across all stores, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of fleet initiatives with broader brand and business objectives.
• Market Analysis & Innovation:
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to continuously evolve the fleet offering and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in fleet management, B2B sales, or automotive service leadership
• Experience working with franchise networks and multi-location operations
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% across North America
