Responsibilities

• Must have a real estate license to conduct activities
• Learn communication skills for different buyer types
• Provide feedback to improve clients' search
• Work with lender partners and clients
• Draft and negotiate offers for clients
• Commit to Prospecting 10 hours per week
• Practice scripts with the team
• Participate in team activities
• Attend coaching and training

Qualifications

We are seeking licensed real estate agents and professionals who are:

• Enjoys building and maintaining professional relationships
• Positive and cheerful demeanor
• Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast paced industry
• Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and in person

• Experienced OR new agents willing to learn and apply proven strategies.

This is a commission only role we covering all of Ventura County, Conejo Valley and the San Fernando Valley
