SASMAR is currently seeking a Social Media Community Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. We are a reputable pharmaceutical company that specialises in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.
As a Social Media Community Executive at SASMAR, you will be responsible for managing our online community and fostering engagement across social media platforms. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with our audience, amplify our brand's message, and contribute to our overall marketing strategy.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that promote our products and initiatives.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to inform content creation and community engagement strategies.
Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to gauge the success of campaigns and community initiatives.
Advocate for the community’s needs and interests within the organization.
Experience in social media management, community engagement, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Analytical ability to track performance and derive insights from social media metrics.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
