Job Description

Educational Background Bachelor's degree or above in automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or related majors. Work Experience More than 5 years of experience in automotive KD production management, and more than 3 years of experience in overall overseas factory management (Southeast Asia experience is preferred). Industry Knowledge Familiar with KD/SKD/CKD assembly models. Candidates with backgrounds in the automotive, home appliance, construction machinery, or other relevant industries are preferred. Core Competencies Proficient in production planning and scheduling, cost control, and quality management tools. Cross - cultural Management Have the ability to manage cross - cultural teams, and be able to use English or Southeast Asian languages as working languages. Resource Integration and Negotiation Skills Excellent resource integration and business negotiation skills, and familiar with local employment policies. Production Coordination and Goal Achievement Take full responsibility for the daily operation management of the KD factory (knockdown assembly). Develop and execute production plans to ensure that core indicators such as annual/quarterly production capacity, on-time delivery rate, and good product rate meet the requirements of the group. Lead Lean Production and Intelligent Manufacturing Upgrades Drive the upgrading of lean production and intelligent manufacturing in the factory, and optimize the production process. Supply Chain and Quality Management Manage local and transnational supply chains in Southeast Asia. Coordinate parts procurement, warehousing, logistics, and customs clearance to ensure continuous production. China Team and Localization Management Establish and manage a localized team (including Chinese technical backbones and local employees). Develop performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms to improve team efficiency (goal: local employees account for ≥70%). Promote Cross - cultural Integration Handle local labor relations to avoid employment risks. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure that factory operations comply with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry policies. Establish a safety production management system. Risk Response Develop emergency plans to deal with risks such as exchange rate fluctuations and policy changes. Collaboration and Communication Coordinate with the R&D, sales, finance, and other departments of the group headquarters, and feedback market dynamics and customer needs. Relationship Management Maintain relationships with local governments, industry associations, and partners to support the implementation of the group's localization strategy.
