The Spa Manager is a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives on the front lines of daily spa operations. This role focuses on driving service excellence through team coordination, scheduling, and personalized guest interactions. What You’ll Do Oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience Support and mentor the guest-facing Spa Concierge team Ensure each guest interaction is seamless, personalized, and aligned with our luxury standards Manage daily and weekly payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness Lead daily team line‑ups and maintain open communication with spa providers Address service recovery needs and resolve operational challenges as they arise Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, training initiatives, and performance management Perks & Benefits Paid Time Off Health Benefits - after 30 days!
