Job Description

We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Medical Spa Manager to help us run our operation in Oldsmar, Tampa, Florida. At Health & Psychiatry, our mission is to offer patients a compassionate health care experience with a deep sense of hope, health, and harmony through customized behavioral health care services. Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Key Responsibilities Lead our team of aestheticians, nurses and other medical staff. Review treatment plans with patients and discuss potential risks or complications. Manage staff and ensure they are trained in all relevant topics, from medical procedures to customer service skills. Establish relationships with medical professionals such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, podiatrists, and other specialists who refer patients to the facility. Determine which treatments will be most effective for each patient based on their individual needs and goals. Conduct staff training sessions on new products or services offered by the facility. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained to high standards of sanitation and sterilization. Schedule appointments for patients and confirm their arrival times. Maintain client records, including medical histories and treatment plans. Sales aptitude in promoting services aligned with market standards, such as Botox, fillers, and spa packages. Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including supplies, utilities, and labor. Ensure all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll-related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Create a structured business plan each month to meet set sales goals. Client Service Ensure positive client service in all areas. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field (required). 2-3 years Medical Spa experience (required). Strong marketing acumen/experience. EMR experience (preferred).
