Job description :
The client is looking for a junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter. This position is fast paced, and you will be joining a fun and cohesive team. In this role you will provide the highest level of talent acquisition services for the Electronic Systems Sector, delivering high quality candidates and advancing the client Systems brand. The qualified candidate will perform full life-cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community. Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and personal organization is required.
Job duties will include :
Helping to craft enticing job descriptions - Detailed notes ensuring an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills - Recruiting and sourcing candidates - Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements - Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and searches through Clients System's applicant tracking tool to ensure being audit-ready at all times - Initial interviewing of candidates - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Clients Systems leaders and other HR team members - Extend offers of employment to selected candidates - Monitoring candidates through background and onboarding.
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources related discipline or two+ years recruiting experience.
1. Discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
2. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
3. Sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing and coordinating with company personnel, and customer.
4. Solid computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents.
5. Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
6. Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience Required
