As a Workflow Documentation Specialist Intern at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Innovation begins with design and leads to solutions that help our clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. In this position you will:
• Assists in the research and assessment of business goals and align information technology. solutions with business initiatives and serve as the liaison between technical personnel and business area
• Assists in analyzing and documenting client’s business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models
• Assists in creating and executing test scenarios to verify system changes are working as designed. Execute systems tests from existing test plans, analyzing test results in various phases.
• Run pre-written queries, and create/edit workflow documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and healthcare professionals, to solve real-world problems.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance your learning experience.

The pay range for this position is $31,200.00 - $37,450.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
