As a Travel RN-Case Manager, you will need an active RN license, a minimum of 2 years of case management experience, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate patient care plans, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in oncology case management, additional certifications such as OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse), and familiarity with the latest case management techniques and technologies.
