We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and caring for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient responses to therapy and make recommendations based on clinical findings.
Manage ventilators and artificial airway devices for patients in critical care settings.
Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gas analysis, pulmonary function tests, and sleep studies.
Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and equipment use.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), as required by state.
BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire).
Strong knowledge of respiratory care techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in acute care or ICU setting.
Familiarity with EMR systems.
