About the Role: This individual will be responsible for the continuous development and implementation of BrightStar CU Treasury Management Department. This position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, facilitating cross-team coordination with senior executives, and developing plans with business and support partners to sustain the development of the Treasury Management Department. The role will require project management. In support of the Treasury objective, the Treasury Manager is responsible for generating deposit growth and increasing fee income through a consultative approach to selling Treasury Management products and solutions to Credit Union Member Business Relationships. This includes both new/prospective and existing members and will require the individual to work closely with their Commercial Lending peers, Branch & Credit Union Staff, referral network, and centers of influence to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the business member.
